Is this portable? Yes, very. The rails and ends come off, then the sides fold together.
How much weight will this support? It will easily support 2 or 3 very large people.
Construction: legs are made of 2X6 lumber. Rails are 2X6, 2X4 and 1X4. This piece uses osb for the side panels, ends, and top cushion. More about the wood used.
Delivery and assembly: This ships via UPS in 2 boxes sized to fit through standard doors. It will NOT arrive in a thousand pieces.
Basic assembly is required and typically takes about 45 minutes.
