BDSM-Gear.com stands behind every piece we make. Our custom wood BDSM furniture and leather items manufactured in our Florida shop are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
What is covered
Structural defects and workmanship issues that occur during normal use. If a covered issue arises at any time, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.
Shipping damage. It happens. These are heavy boxes, being handled by people. If you have shipping damage contact us as soon as possible and we'll get it taken care of
What is not covered
- Rubber items (dongs, rubber cock rings, etc). These normally break down over time, especially with the use of lube and cleaners.
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper care or maintenance
- Alterations or repairs by anyone other than BDSM-Gear
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes that do not affect function
