Due to Health and Safety concerns these returned items are disposed of. All hide {leather, rabbit, horsehair, etc}, wood, and metal items {items we manufacture} also come with our lifetime guarantee. Items we do not manufacture like lingerie, videos, etc. are not included. If at any time your item breaks or wears out we will repair or replace it free of charge.
